Jens Hartwig has spent much of his life in environments where decisions have consequences.
In competitive sailing. In aviation. In operational leadership. And on the water far away from the next harbour.
His sailing background includes national championships, major regattas, match racing and team competition. Later, catamaran sailing and longer journeys changed the perspective.
Today SailMomentum connects both worlds: performance and calm, experience and curiosity, leadership and freedom.
